"Lauren has been my property manager for less than a year but in that time she has not only beed extremely useful, but has made me back all of her fees in money saved! She worked diligently to find me a tenant when I first looked into renting, and found a fantastic family that even went so far as to sign a two year lease. Then, a few months into the lease, there was a mjor pipe break in the house flooding the basement. I do not live locally, so Lauren handled the entire issue in my stay. Everything from assisting with removing the tenant's damaged property, to finding contractors and making the repairs. Through her contractor connectiongs, she was able to get the work done at an extremely reasonable rate, and in a timly manner. Both myself and my tenants were extremely grateful for her hard work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager that will be there anytime you need her and get the job done right."

"When my wife and I first moved to the area several years ago, we worked with Lauren to look at several rental properties and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. As our primary point of contact and property manager since then, Lauren has been exceptionally responsive and attentive.
