Rental Application

Thank you for your interest in one of our available homes! Please fill out the application in its entirety keeping in mind that all adults 19+ who will be living in the home must apply, meet all requirements below, and be on the lease agreement. Our requirements are:

- 650+ credit score to qualify for a security deposit equal to one month's rent. 600-649 scores are accepted on a case-by-case basis and require a double security deposit.

- Clean criminal background.

- Clear rental history with no prior evictions or judgements from prior landlords.

- Total monthly household income must be equal or greater than 3x the monthly rent. 

The application fee is $25 per applicant and is non-refundable. Please fill out a separate application for each applicant that is 19+ or older.
